After 25 years leading operational, commercial and delivery teams, managing £50m+ portfolios, winning multi-million-pound contracts and leading teams of more than 150 people, I kept seeing the same pattern.
Successful businesses. Capable people. Growing revenues.
But every important decision still came back to the founder.
